Code of Conduct Policy for American Poly del Norte Personnel (F-061)
Objective and Scope
This Code of Conduct for American Poly del Norte personnel establishes the business conduct policies to which American Poly del Norte S.A. de C.V. expects adherence. This Code is applicable to all personnel working at American Poly del Norte S.A. de C.V.

Business Conduct Policies
American Poly del Norte S.A. de C.V. expects its personnel to conduct operations with responsibility, integrity, honesty, and transparency and to adhere to the following policies:

a) Comply with applicable laws and regulations in the countries where operations are conducted.

b) Compete fairly, avoiding bribery or granting any item of value that could guarantee an undue advantage.

c) Respect human rights and provide a workplace free of harassment, physical abuse, or any other form of abuse for its employees and workers; monetary penalties as a disciplinary measure are prohibited.

d) Promote a diverse and inclusive workforce, as well as provide a workplace free of any form of discrimination.

e) Any information provided or obtained during plant tours, whether in audits or company visits, shall not be disclosed or made known to any person or institution.

f) Comply with applicable legislation and regulations for wage setting and working hours, including those applicable to minimum wages and overtime.

g) For administrative personnel, flexible and/or home schedules may be considered in necessary cases and previously authorized by the committee and management.

h) Recognize employees' freedom and right to resign with reasonable notice. Never use force or compel an employee to perform any task.

i) Ensure that child labor (up to 17 years old, from 18 years old onwards, considered an adult) is not used under any circumstances in the conduct of operations or business.

j) Recognize employees' right to freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.

k) Provide a workplace that meets safety and hygiene conditions.

l) Conduct operations or business development with due care for the environment, complying with applicable legislation in this regard.

m) Develop products and services that comply with Quality and Safety standards.

n) Support compliance with this Code by establishing appropriate management processes and cooperating with the assessment processes required by American Poly del Norte S.A. de C.V.

o) Respect American Poly del Norte's policies regarding gifts and entertainment and conflicts of interest when dealing with employees of American Poly del Norte S.A. de C.V.

p) Lodging within the company's facilities is not permitted at American Poly del Norte, S.A. de C.V.

q) In the event of an internal complaint from personnel, they may use the suggestion box at American Poly del Norte, S.A. de C.V.

r) The use of cameras or cell phones within the Company is not allowed, only the use of company-provided cell phones is permitted, as long as they are used in the company's offices or at the user's discretion in case of an emergency.

s) Sending images of products or drawings of customers via email is not allowed, except with the customer's authorization, using the tools established by the customer.

t) Ensure that original documentation of personnel is not retained.
